Is a referral necessary?
If you are a private patient, you don't need to have a referral. If you are currently on an EPC plan (Enhanced Primary Care), we will require a written referral from your doctor (GP). We welcome all new patients.

Do you accept Medicare Payment?
Medicare rebates are available for all patients with chronic conditions through the Medicare system. An EPC plan (Enhanced Primary Care Plan) can be arranged when you see your doctor (GP) to assess for eligibility.

Do you do home visits?
The clinic does not provide home visits.

What should I bring to the appointment?
If you have concerns regarding your feet in the recent past, we recommend you bring in your shoes that you wear daily, orthotics or insoles, x-rays and scans that you may have.
